Music Review | Sachin: A Billion Dreams | A. R. Rahman

We have all been waiting for this biopic to release as eagerly as we have always waited for Sachin Tendulkar to cross the hundred run mark. Good music or not, this movie does not need publicity to make people go and watch it. What makes it special, though, is that A. R. Rahman has composed the music for this biopic. R. Rahman sings a mellow song, you can't help but melt with the music. Trying not to get carried away with the flow of the song with such a beautiful music. If you listen to the lyrics closely, it is an inspirational song. Inspiration to love your own country - India; which is exactly the meaning of the title of the song 'India my beloved'. After playing Chetan Bhagat in 2 States, Arjun Kapoor returns reprising one of his other characters from one of his novels. The purpose of the rest of the team (Shraddha Kapoor, the director and the music team) of this movie is to recreate the magic of Aashiqui 2. I would like to be proven wrong by the end of this review but only time will tell. So, without further ado, let's get right into it! Turns out internet opinions should not be taken on their face value. The singing is monotonic as is with lot of other songs by Ash King. Moreover, the singing is faintly similar to  Kaabil Hoon (Kaabil) . I really liked how the lyrics of the chorus have chaining effect. Other than that it is an ordinary song. I
