I've been reviewing music for almost six months now and more so now than ever before I started to realize how the trend and concept of music albums in movies have changed over years. There was a time when the popularity of music in movies was driven by music directors - Kishore Kumar, R. D. Burman, Laxmikant-Pyarelal, etc. Then came the era of actors and actresses driving the popularity of music in movies - Rajesh Khanna, Rishi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, etc. Slowly and gradually, playback singers started becoming a deciding factor for the success of music in movies - Kumar Sanu, Sonu Nigam, Shaan, etc. One obnoxious yet evergreen trend that has stuck with a lot of music in movies is 'item numbers' whose popularity has been driven by the likes of - Malaika Arora Khan and of late Sunny Leone. From the list of the songs and artists involved, it looks like the album has a lot of diverse genre of music. I will only know once I listen to it.  So, without further ado, let's get into it and see if this album can make me listen to its songs baar baar or it's just a one-song wonder. Guitar pickings is the only music to the song. Jasleen's baby voice makes the song innocent. In order to match her voice Prateek Kuhad also has sung it in a soft voice. The song talks about two people getting away into their imaginary world. The song ends with whistling tune which gives it a perfect ending as I can imagine both of them holding their hands and walking away from the camera (not sure how the actu...

I am not so much interested in the movie. The only reason I chose to listen to this album was Sachin-Jigar. I've been a big fan of their music. Do I have high expectations from this album?
